Delivery

  1. Free delivery service will be provided for single purchase over HK$300 or above. For purchase below HK$300, extra delivery cost HK$50 will be charged.
  2. After order has been accepted, we will confirm the expected delivery date within 3 working days.
  3. Delivery service is only available at permanent addresses located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories. For delivery to the remote areas (which includes Airport, Tung Chung, Lantau island, Cheung Chau, Ping Chau, Lamma Island, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Stanley, Shek O, etc.), additional fee will be charged. Please contact us for checking the extra delivery charges.
  4. In case the delivery is delayed due to typhoon or black rainstorm signal, we will arrange products to be delivered the next business day.
  5. In case of any disputes, Royal Dragon Group (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right of final decisions.

Returns

  1. We provide you with ‘Product guarantee for 14 days” for products purchased which are damaged, spoiled or not in good condition. In such case, you can contact our customer service department within 14 days after receipt to make arrangement for exchange of goods.
  2. Images and information of products on the website are for reference. Customer shall not be entitled to return a product on the basis that it does not exactly correspond to its image and information on this website.
  3. Products under below conditions are not accepted for return:
    1. product that has been opened, used/consumed;
    2. product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts;
    3. discount or sales items;
    4. products delivered after 14 days of receipt;
    5. items that are damaged or ordered wrongly due to customer negligence;
    6. items that are exchanged once;
      7. In case of any disputes, Royal Dragon Group (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right of final decisions.
  4. All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.

  6. Refund takes around 14 days (upon receipt of returned goods) to process. We will inform customers when refund is completed.
  7. If you are entitled to an exchange on the products sold out, we will refund the amount you paid.
  8. In case of dispute, Royal Dragon reserves the right of final decision. Royal Dragon reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion and without prior notice to Customers.
